  1. Rub your ribs and let it sit for at least 3 hours.
  2. Start the Kamado grill and set its temperature to 200 F. Place ribs on grate with heat deflector underneath. Let it smoke for 2 hrs. Spray apple juice on ribs every 45 mins.
  3. Dress the ribs with your favorite BBQ sauce, wrap it up with aluminum foil and continue to cook for another hour.
  4. Open up foil paper and dress more sauce to your favorite. Cook for another 20 mins to finish.
